At Ashley’s K9 Training, we are complete dog trainers. We are well-versed in a variety of training methods and tools, from clickers to remote collars. Our training is based on consistency, motivation, communication, and clarity. We reward and reinforce your dog's good behaviors and properly prevent, interrupt and correct unwanted behaviors. No dog is exactly the same, so before training, we will evaluate your dog and recommend a training plan custom to your dog.

What are some things you and your dog could learn?
Before we start any training services we will need to do a virtual or in-person consultation. During the consultation we will discuss your dog's history, talk about everything you would like out of training, possibly work with your dog to see where he/she is currently at, come up with the best training plan for him/her, and discuss all the training programs we offer.

Our customized private one-on-one lessons teach you how to properly train your dog. Lessons
may take place anywhere you would like within an hour of my home located in Liberty Hill,
Texas. We can do lessons at your home, local parks, outdoor patios, dog friendly retail
locations, trails, etc.
Before each lesson we will schedule out exactly what you would like to work on during that
lesson and I will stay there until I have taught you everything planned for that lesson. Since our
lessons are based on what you would like to work on, not a specific amount of time, we ask that
you have at least a 2.5 hour time slot open for us when we come so we have enough time to
teach you everything.
Private Lessons
Silver Pet Board & Train Program
- This program also includes 4 private lessons to teach you how to keep up with training and/or work on training specific to your home.
- Your dog will learn heel, sit, down, come, stay, place, home manners, proper socializing & much more.
- You will have access to your trainer via phone, email, & text support during your program. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
- Training Equipment Package included.
- Priority dog boarding will be available after your dog returns home. Available exclusively to dogs who complete a training program with Ashley’s K9 Training.
- This program also qualifies for our board and train program guarantee!!
- This program also includes lifetime obedience and home manner private lessons to teach you how to keep up with training and/or work on training specific to your home.
- Your dog will learn heel, sit, down, come, stay, place, home manners, proper socializing, off leash training & much more.

Our Board & Train Guarantee
Unlike other dog training programs we offer a guarantee. We are so confident that you will love
our results that we guarantee it! Upon completion of your Board and Train Pet Programs, if the
results aren’t where we want them to be, we will keep working with you, at no additional cost.
Behavior Modification Board & Train Program
Your dog's specific training plan will be discussed during the consultation. Your dog will stay with me at my home for at least 6 weeks. Our Behavior Modification Board and Train Program is very unique, with this program you are paying for the results rather than the amount of time your dog is with us. We do this because all dogs learn at a different pace and we don’t like to rush them to meet deadlines and want to make sure your dog has been fully taught all the commands and behaviors discussed before brought back home to you. Throughout the time we are training your dog we will keep you updated on the progress and the estimated time your dog will return to you.
- This program also includes lifetime obedience, home manner, and behavior modification private lessons.
- Your dog's target behaviors will be discussed at the consultation.

When your dog stays with us, they become our dog too.
Your dog will stay in my home and be treated as one of my own. Your dog will go on our off-leash adventure hikes if suitable, be fed their regular meals, and get lots of love and attention. You can rest assured knowing your dog is in the best hands, with their wellness and safety my biggest priority.

For owners wanting their dog to get a refresher course or have a little more one-on-one time with a trainer, a day train would be a fantastic option for your pup! All you have to do is drop your dog off with us in the morning and pick them up in the evening. It's that easy!

When coming for play days at Ashley’s K9, your dog will experience structured training based socializing. We will teach dogs how to ignore other animals/people, build confidence around other animals/people, obedience around other animals/people, and proper play with other dogs.
